3. Orders & Delivery

We guarantee fresh delivery within 1 hour in supported zones. If your order is delayed beyond 2 hours, you are eligible for a full refund or credit.

4. Returns & Refunds

Fresh produce must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Perishable items are non-returnable after this period.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must maintain product quality and accurate stock. Pikia Market reserves the right to suspend accounts for repeated violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pikia Market is not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of your last order.
