1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the Pikia Market platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Pikia Market LLC. These terms govern all international sourcing, domestic fulfillment, and digital interactions.
2. Service Eligibility
- • Users must be at least 18 years of age and reside in supported US delivery zones.
- • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- • We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that violates our Ethical Sourcing or Community Guidelines.
3. Orders & Logistics
The Pikia Guarantee
We offer a 60-minute delivery window in major hubs. Should a delay exceed 120 minutes, customers are entitled to a 100% service credit. Perishable items are tracked via cold-chain sensors to ensure freshness.
4. Returns & Perishables
Due to the international and perishable nature of our inventory:
- Produce must be reported within 2 hours of arrival.
- Pantry goods must remain in original, sealed packaging for return eligibility.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in our primary hub city.
