Data is utilized strictly to facilitate the "Pikia Experience"—from international sourcing to last-mile delivery. We use your info to monitor cold-chain integrity, verify vendor licensing, and ensure courier safety. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketing lists.

Information is shared only with vetted entities under strict confidentiality agreements:
Service Fulfillment
Customer addresses shared with Couriers solely for active deliveries.
Compliance & Safety
Traceability data shared with regulatory bodies (FDA/USDA) during recalls.
4. Infrastructure Security
Our platform utilizes industrial-grade encryption for all PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Banking and payout data for our Vendors and Partners are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways and never stored on our primary servers in plaintext.

Regardless of your role on the platform, you maintain the right to:
