Receive a replacement or a refund directly to your original payment method.

Policy Nuance

Perishables (Fresh Produce/Yams)

Items are ineligible for physical return. If quality is substandard, we will issue a credit without requiring you to ship the item back.

Pantry Goods (Spices/Flours)

Must be unopened with the original seal intact to be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched to our last-mile delivery fleet.

Late Deliveries

If your 60-minute window is missed by more than 20 minutes, your delivery fee is automatically waived.
